Practical Thinking - an online course in perception, ideas, and action is a new Open University course designed to explore the practical role of metaphor in explaining, innovating, communicating, deciding and problem solving. It is based on a specifically-prepared website of learning material with a DVD designed to complement the learning experience. The ten-week course takes you through various concepts and activities, enabling you to try first hand various techniques and record your experiences.
